A sad day to remember...

I think everybody that is old enough will forever remember where they were when they heard the news. Disbelief, anger, grief, were some of the emotions that swept through me that day. What I was left with was a strong sense of loyalty for this country that I was born in. Although it doesn't represent what it used to, it's still the freest place to live in the world.
In this country, where everyone is usually going about their own lives, most of us stopped that day and contributed to the needs of those families devastated by what happened. Our eyes and ears were glued to the TV, hoping it was some kind of sick joke, but it wasn't. Terror can happen in our country too. What we learned is that we are still a country strong with love and loyalty. My heart and prayers go out to those families and friends effected by September 11, 2001. That's pretty much everybody. Most of us knew, or were related to somebody in those towers that day.

Psalm 94:3~Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
Let's all say a prayer for those people who still live with this tragedy every day of their lives.
